We transitioned to HBM in January 2020 and have been so pleased with the partnership. Under the leadership of our HBM facilities director, our team has been able to accomplish many things in a short time: the team has jumped right in to get the School ready for opening in a COVID environment, performed important inspections on campus, routinized planned maintenance work, trained team members to build up their technical skills, partnered with me to prioritize planned and unplanned capital projects, and performed a substantial amount of technical work in-house which significantly decreased the School's expenses for outsourced vendor work. I feel very grateful for the expertise, skills, and professionalism that they have brought to our campus.
