Asset Inventory

The foundation of our facilities management program begins with providing you with a detailed Asset Inventory. To provide this service, we will need to collect information on and then list the total assets your organization owns. Our business has a large focus on your tangible assets such as property fixtures and equipment.

Condition Assessment

The next job order would be filling out a Facility Condition Assessment. This is a snapshot in time of the current state of your facilities. Our primary goal in providing you with an informative FCA is to surmise the current health of your built environment and analyze it's associated risks. We will determine where an asset is within its estimated useful life to maintain it's future optimal facility uptime. We also consider other factors that our competitors typically do not such as it's use, environment, and past maintenance. This process plays a key role in deciding whether or not a facility is functioning as intended.

Predictive Annual and Capital Budget

When our teams collect your Asset Inventory and preform the associated FCA at our level of granularity, we are able to produce predictive annual and capital budgets that are both accurate and precise.

We forecast these future budgets through the use of previous expenses within our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to identify recurring trends and patterns. We also use previous annual budgets as benchmarks to determine organizational growth, evaluate necessary projects, and infrastructure investment.

Project Management

Given that a school is unique in its needs by having to work around student occupancy, we train our onsite directors and managers to plan and organize around this challenge. We identify and help manage a project's lifecycle within a school's limited time constraints and efficiently guide all team members until project completion. Our experienced project managers understand all project phases and life cycles and work collaboratively with key stake holders and end users to maintain institutional design principles.
